In this personalised session I will guide you through hands-on exercises to help you to learn how to manage your stress. We will look at your bodies unique warning signs, so you will be albe to take measures whenever needed. You will learn what to do to minimise the effects of a panic attack or physical episode while going though it, but also how to prevent such episodes in the long run.
