In this workshop, I will share my knowledge about the beneficial effects of Yoga. This goes much deeper than the purely physical aspect, such as muscle building or stretching. Because Yoga is much more than that.

With quiet, uncomplicated yoga poses, a natural way of breathing and meditation, I will introduce you to Self-Care.

Description

For the occasion of International Yoga Day 2020 I invite you to join me for a Self-Care workshop. In this workshop, I will share my knowledge about the beneficial effects of Yoga. This goes much deeper than the purely physical aspect, such as muscle building or stretching. Because Yoga is much more than that.

We will meet in Westerpark and enjoy a whole day together, practicing & sharing. There will be delicious & vegan lunch provided.

With quiet, uncomplicated yoga poses, a natural way of breathing and meditation, I will introduce you to Self-Care. A method, which I have derived from Yoga Therapy that empowers and encourages you to take responsibility for your own health.

The intention is that at the end of the day you will be able to apply a handful of simple Self-Clare techniques, which work for you and your lifestyle and that are particularly useful if you are suffering from Anxiety or Depression.

At the end of the worksop you will have the knowledge t apply the different routines and therefore support yourself, your body and mind throughout your life.

There will be time to share and to ask questions regarding your own Self-Care routine.
Delicious & vegan lunch included!

Duration 4h incl. 30 min lunch brake
