    In this workshop, I will share my knowledge about the beneficial effects of Yoga. This goes much deeper than the purely physical aspect, such as muscle building or stretching. Because Yoga is much more than that.

    With quiet, uncomplicated yoga poses, a natural way of breathing and meditation, I will introduce you to Self-Care.
