I am a Yoga Therapist and Stress Management Trainer.
I simply love to share my almost two decades of yoga and mindfulness experience with you. Because I know how a calm mind and strong focus can help you deal with everything life throws at you.
Grounded in reality
Originally from Poland, I grew up in Germany and left the country to live in Amsterdam, The Netherlands when I was 26. And while working as a photographer and in management roles, my fascination for spirituality and the cultural condition grew. So I did a deep dive into yoga and meditation, while staying grounded in reality.
Many – many – hours on the yoga mat later, I now offer no-fuss meditation and yoga therapy for anyone in need of a clear mind and healthy body. And aren’t we all?
Whether it’s in a peaceful yoga shala or amidst a buzzing business environment, I help you find your strength, feel confident and be more relaxed. Privately, in one on one coaching sessions, or in corporate settings.
To me, yoga is a way of life that enables me to continually reflect, feel and be present – on and off the mat. It is my mission to support you on your own journey.
